自動車産業雇用の活気と新たな採用トレンド構築の期待
今年で13回目…オンライン方式4～15日進行

現代自動車グループは、協力会社と共に自動車産業の新たな採用トレンドを構築するために「2024現代自動車グループ協力会社オンライン採用博覧会」を開催すると3日明らかにした。
2012年の主要都市3ヵ所(ソウル、光州、大邱)から始まって続いてきた現代車グループ協力会社採用博覧会は、大企業が支援する国内初の協力会社採用博覧会で採用相談などを通じて実際採用まで連結されるよう現代車グループがイベント企画から運営に至るまで財政的な支援などを専担する国内代表の同伴成長プログラムだ。
2020年からはコロナ19の影響及び協力会社の随時採用中心の採用市場の変化に応じてオンライン中心博覧会に変更して進んでいる。
今年で13回目を迎えた今回の採用博覧会は、オンライン方式で来る4日から15日まで行われる予定であり、オンライン採用博覧会終了後、当該ホームページは随時採用館に変更、協力会社人材の空白最小のために年中常時運営される計画だ。
今回のイベントは、現代自動車と起亜をはじめとする現代モービス、現代ウィア、現代トランシス、現代ロテム、現代オートエバーなど9社のグループ会社関連計650社以上の協力会社が参加する。
採用博覧会参加を希望する求職者は、オンライン採用博覧会公式ホームページを訪問して会員登録を行い、ホームページに掲示された協力会社別採用公告を確認後、関心のある企業に支援書を作成してオンラインで提出すればよい。
申請書受付後、書類合格者には別途合格案内が通知され、オン・オフライン面接が行われる。
現代車グループの関係者は「現代車グループ協力会社に関心のある青年求職者に希望と挑戦の機会を差し上げることができる採用博覧会になるように支障のない進行のために最善を尽くす」と明らかにした。
一方、現代自動車・起亜は協力会社人材採用に関する募集から教育、インターンシップ、採用連携までノンストップで支援してくれる同伴成長プログラム「Here We Go」を2024年から共に運営し、協力会社の人材採用を多方面にで支援している。
